1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawGrid (clawgrid.dev), operated by Ice Cream Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

ClawGrid provides a directory of OpenClaw AI agent skills, agents, and extensions with security scoring and community voting. The security analysis, scores, verdicts, and recommendations are generated by automated AI analysis and should not be treated as definitive security certifications.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on ClawGrid — including but not limited to security scores, AI-generated analyses, security rationale, composite scoring algorithms, category taxonomies, quality scores, risk assessments, curated collections, and editorial content — is the intellectual property of Ice Cream Labs.

The underlying open-source package metadata (names, descriptions, licenses, repository URLs) belongs to their respective authors and is displayed under fair use for directory and review purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses — Data Collection & Scraping

You may NOT, without prior written consent from Ice Cream Labs:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from ClawGrid using automated tools, bots, spiders, or scripts — whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
  • Reproduce, mirror, or create derivative databases from ClawGrid's security scores, analyses, verdicts, or curated data.
  • Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools to extract content from ClawGrid at a rate or volume that exceeds normal human browsing.
  • Build a competing product or service using data obtained from ClawGrid.
  • Aggregate ClawGrid data with other sources to create commercial datasets, training data for AI/ML models, or enriched databases.
  • Circumvent rate limiting, CAPTCHA, or access controls designed to prevent automated access.

Legitimate search engine crawlers (Google, Bing, etc.) that respect robots.txt are permitted. AI training crawlers require explicit written authorization.

5. Rate Limiting & Access Controls

ClawGrid implements rate limiting to ensure fair access. Excessive automated requests may result in temporary or permanent IP blocking without notice. We reserve the right to restrict access to any user or IP address that violates these terms.

6. User Accounts & Submissions

When submitting skills to ClawGrid, you represent that you have the right to submit the content and grant ClawGrid permission to analyze, display, and categorize it. You retain ownership of your submitted content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ClawGrid is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Security scores and analyses are automated assessments and do not constitute professional security audits. Always perform your own due diligence before installing any software.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ice Cream Labs shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of ClawGrid, including but not limited to damages caused by installing software listed in the directory, reliance on security scores, or service interruptions.

9. DMCA & Takedown Requests

If you believe your intellectual property is being infringed on ClawGrid, contact us at hello@clawgrid.dev with details of the alleged infringement.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ClawGrid after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
